To confirm details of our U13's game at Braintree this Sunday 30th September 2018. We would like to go for an 11.00am KO please, the game will be played on Pitch 2 (see attached) and your team have been allocated the ORANGE changing room.
The club will be quite busy, so I recommend car sharing where possible.
If we need to make any changes to the above prior to Sunday, I will let you know as soon as possible, but it’s probably worth your Coaches still checking these details on arrival.

The road leading to the Clubhouse, Beckers Green Road, is a residential area and we respectfully request, that drivers take care and drive slowly as they approach the club.
Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times and are NOT allowed on to the playing, or training areas.
There is a height restriction of 2.25mtrs on the entrance to the club, although the barrier may already be lifted prior to the game. However, if you are likely to be travelling in any vehicles higher than this, please let me know.
Following incidents pitch-side at junior games during previous seasons, we have decided to adopt a zero tolerance stance to all negative behaviour during junior games. Any incidents will be reported to our club Safeguarding Officer, who in turn will report them to their club and the Essex CB. Any incidents involving our own spectators will be dealt with internally, and also reported to the Essex CB
