Match Preview

The 1st XV sees a couple of changes from last week with Cain, Parkhouse and Mitchell all coming in the to the squad because of injuries and unavailablities. Training has gone well this week and we have been focusing on our scrum and set piece as and defensive organisation as the reports have suggested Rochford are strong in these areas.

Brighton last week was a good game of rugby and also gave the coaches and players plenty to work on this week.
