Overseen by David Hynard, our Senior Coaching Coordinator and run by Pierre Blériot, one of our level 2 coaches, the Women’s section has received fantastic support throughout the club. We feel Pierre is an excellent choice to lead this section, having previously headed up a Hertford boys’ team from development U6, right the way through to the Academy entrance point. Pierre is an ambitious coach, and is currently the Herts County girls’ U15 and U18 coach, so brings plenty of experience to this project.

Hertford Rugby Clubs Women’s Rugby section will be fully integrated into the club and welcomes both experienced and non-experienced players.

Whether you fancy giving rugby a go for the first time or have played before, we offer the perfect environment for fun, learning and growth as a rugby player and a great way of keeping fit.

We will cater for U13, U15 and U18 girls along with an adult women's team, which will provide a pathway for the girls, from minis development right the way through to adult.

Please watch this space for key dates, and make a provisional note of June for a women and girl's rugby festival/open day. After this day we plan to run weekly sessions throughout the Summer and onwards through the 2021/22 season.
