Last week was a very frustrating game for all involved. The game was turned on small margins but the effort from then boys was immense and the performance was there. Sometimes, things don't run for you and we have to take it on the chin and keep striving to be better as a group. I thought we were the better team on the day but it was not to be.

This week sees James Kinsley return to the fold as Red Newberry got a knock to his shoulder last week. Jack Elston moves to the bench and Jack Mitchell starts on rotation, with Young on the bench.

The mood has been upbeat in the camp and we had two very good sessions this week. The main focus has been on handling and passing under pressure and not offloading the 50/50's.

Hopefully see some of you at Guildford.
