I was delighted to attend the first event of the newly re-established girls and women’s section at Hertford RFC on Sunday.

One of my key aims when accepting the role of Chair was to expand the range of rugby offered by HRFC; the re-establishment of the women’s section is an important step towards achieving this goal. It is important that this section be fully integrated into our club, training at the same time as the men and having the same opportunities to develop.

We are actively seeking new players so please get in touch if you want to give rugby a go – no previous experience necessary.
