PRE-MATCH LUNCHES – 2024/25 SEASON

SUPPORTERS LUNCHES

The dates of the 7 Supporters Lunches are:

07th Sep 24 – Oundle

21st Sep 24 – Harpenden

26th Oct 24 – Southend Saxons

16th Nov 24 - Letchworth

14th Dec 24 – Shelford – Supporters Xmas Lunch

04th Jan 25 – Bedford Athletic

15th Feb 25 – HUEL Tring – Includes Robbo’s and President’s Club tables

These Supporters lunches are open to all Club Members, their friends and guests and are often booked for corporate entertaining, reunions, celebrations, coaches get togethers etc.

I am pleased to advise that cost of these lunches will remain at £30 (inc VAT) per person. This includes a 3-course set meal, match entrance & programme.

The Club bars will be open from midday with lunch served from 1pm. All matches kick off at 15.00.

With the limited number of Supporters Lunches, it would be great to see a good take up of the lunches in September.

Please note: You can book any number of places or tables can be reserved for 8 to 12 people. Changes to your booking numbers are accepted up to the Wednesday of the week you are attending the lunch. Preferred payment is by bank transfer prior to the lunch. If that is not possible then an alternative payment method can be agreed.

Any cancellations received after midday on the Thursday will be subject to a charge of £20.00 per person.

VICE PRESIDENTS AND SPONSORS & PATRONS LUNCHES

The dates of these “By invitation only” lunches are:

12th Oct 24 – Amersham & Chiltern – VP Lunch

18th Jan 25 – Sudbury – Sponsors & Patrons Lunch

Invitations for these two lunches will be sent out in due course but I kindly ask all VPs and Sponsors & Patrons to put the relevant date(s) in their diaries now.

PUB AND LADIES DAY & SUPPORTERS CHARITY LUNCHES

The dates of these two very special lunches are:

30th Nov 24 – Old Northamptonians – Pub Lunch

22nd Mar 25 – North Walsham – Ladies Day & Supporters Charity Lunch
