With the season fast approaching, it's time to save those dates and book your lunches.
Below are the full details of the dates and how to book then from Bunter, our master organiser of anything that involves food.

PRE-MATCH LUNCHES – 2023/24 SEASON

There will be the usual array of pre-match lunches before the 1st XV home league games during the 2023/24 season.

We will be welcoming both Oundle and Old Northamptonians to Hoe Lane for the first time and have some cracking local Herts derbies against Letchworth, Harpenden and Tring. The lunch programme has been designed so that there are Supporters lunches before all these matches.

SUPPORTERS LUNCHES
Bookings are now being taken for the seven Supporters Lunches which are on the following dates:
09th Sep 23 – Oundle
21st Oct 23 – Letchworth
02nd Dec 23 – Harpenden
16th Dec 23 - Tring
06th Jan 24 – Rochford Hundred
17th Feb 24 – Old Northamptonians
06th Apr 24 – Colchester

These Supporters lunches are open to all Club Members, their friends and guests and are often booked for corporate entertaining, reunions, celebrations, coaches get togethers etc.

Unfortunately, due to rising costs, the price of these lunches has had to be increased to £30 (inc VAT) per person. This includes a 3-course meal, match entrance & programme.

The Club bars will be open from midday with lunch served from 1pm.
All matches kick off at 15.00.
Book early to avoid being disappointed!
Please note: You can book any number of places or tables can be reserved for 8 to 12 people. Changes to your booking numbers are accepted up to the Wednesday of the week you are attending the lunch. Preferred payment is by bank transfer prior to the lunch. If that is not possible then an alternative payment method can be agreed.

Any cancellations received after midday on the Thursday will be subject to a charge
of £15.00 per person.

VICE PRESIDENTS AND SPONSORS & PATRONS LUNCHES
The dates of these “By invitation only” lunches are:

30th Sept 23 – Shelford – VP Lunch
27th Jan 24 – Sudbury – Sponsors & Patrons Lunch

Invitations for these two lunches will be sent out in due course but I ask all VPs and Sponsors & Patrons to put the relevant date(s) in their diaries now.

PUB AND LADIES DAY & SUPPORTERS CHARITY LUNCHES
The dates of these two special lunches are:

11th Nov 23 – Westcliff – Pub Lunch
16th Mar 24 – Bedford Athletic – Ladies Day & Supporters Charity Lunch
