Minis Chair - When I read the statistics on how many Girls we have in the section. I was disappointed to learn that despite building the section from 160 registered players to 300 the Minis section were struggling to retain Girls. We have averaged 7 to 8 girl players during the last two seasons.

After much research and feedback from exiting players we are delighted to announce that we are doing something about it. There are a whole list of reasons why girls leave rugby and this initiative (supported by the club and the County) deals with them.

So we introduce to you, Minis Girls Touch Rugby - the initiative is being headed up by Helen Spranger and Llewelyn Perkins. Jen Simpson is offering sage advice and Pierre Bleriot is making sure we follow his strategy.

The Girls meet on Sundays at 10am - they only do touch rugby and we would like as much help as we can get to promote this initiative at the club and in the community as possible - so please get sharing and please get encouraging new players to join us at the club.
