We have been fortunate and made the most of the time we have had training together. Your efforts have been impressive and it has been a pleasure seeing you get fitter and fitter.

These difficult times come with many challenges and we are seeing a massive rise in overall mental health issues as well as covid related deaths.

As mentioned above we have been lucky to continue with our training and to meet up on a regular basis.
We assume Lockdown will prevent us from training over the coming weeks but we are awaiting clarity and an announcement from the Government and the RFU. We will feedback as soon as we know more.
If Lockdown rules apply you can still exercise so please make the most of this while following the Government Guidelines.

Let’s make sure we do not waste the hard work you have all put in up to now and ensure that when we return to training we can start where we left off.
Keeping fit has a great feel-good factor!
