Howard has an extensive Rugby pedigree, having played for Rotherham in the Premiership, as well as Otley, The Barbarians and Combined Services.

He has also had high profile coaching and management roles within RAF Rugby as well as stints at Bury St. Edmunds, Westcliff and a previous short spell at Hoe Lane.

His second engagement with Hertford will see him in a broader role with more interaction with all of the rugby offerings we provide. He has already met with the heads of most sections and is really keen to get started.
