This notice is to confirm that Hertford Rugby Football Club (Operations) Ltd intends to hold its Annual General Meeting on 8 July 2026 at the Club House, Hoe Lane, Ware at 8:00pm.
The calling notice, agenda and papers for the meeting will be circulated on or before Tuesday 23 June 2026. Should any member wish to propose an item for the meeting agenda, they should contact the Secretary, Paula Crockett, with details of the item and any supporting papers.
Should any member wish to nominate a director for election, they should contact the secretary, Paula Crockett, with:
· Their own details;
· Details of another member who supports the nomination;
· Details of the nominated person, including confirmation from the nominated person that they are prepared to stand and, if elected, act as Director;
· Details of the role nominated for (ie Chairman; Treasurer; Secretary; or Elected Director).
