The 1st XV squad pre-season friendlies start this coming Saturday, 15th Aug with an away trip to Colchester RFC where they will play matches against Colchester and Cambridge. The first match is due to start at 15.00 but this is to be confirmed.

Colchester RFC’s address: Raven Park, Cuckoo Farm Way, Colchester, Essex CO4 5YX.

Please note this fixture was due to be played at Cambridge but venue changed today due to their pitch being unplayable.

They then play at home against CS Stags on Saturday, 22nd Aug. Kick Off: 14.30.

Finally, they travel to Shelford on Thursday, 27th Aug. Kick Off: 19.45

The first league matches of the season start on 12th Sept 26 with the following Hertford sides in action:

PRE-MATCH LUNCHES
There are plenty of tables and spaces currently available at the Supporters Lunches held before the 1st XV home matches.

Please note the date of the Ladies Day & Supporters Charity Lunch has been moved from 20th March to 27th Feb 27.

These Supporters lunches are open to all Club Members, their friends and guests and are often booked for corporate entertaining, reunions, celebrations, coaches get togethers etc.

The cost will be £32.50 (inc VAT) per person except for the Supporters Xmas Lunch which to be advised. This includes a 3-course meal, match entrance & programme.

The Club bars will be open from midday with lunch served from 1pm. All matches kick off at 15.00 apart from the one on Ladies Day which is 15.15.

VICE PRESIDENTS AND SPONSORS & PATRONS LUNCHES
The dates of these “By invitation only” lunches are:

16th Jan 27 – Northampton Old Scouts - Sponsors & Patrons Lunch

Invitations for these two lunches will be sent out by email (next week for VPs and during November for Sponsors & Patrons) but we ask all VPs and Sponsors & Patrons to put the relevant date(s) in their diaries now.

PUB AND LADIES DAY & SUPPORTERS CHARITY LUNCHES
The dates of these two very special lunches are:

27th Feb 27 – Westcliff – Ladies Day & Supporters Charity Lunch
