1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Minutes of the 2021 Annual General Meeting (Attachment A) – for approval
3. Receipt and Adoption of the Chairman’s Report summarising the Company’s
activities during 2021/22. (Attachment B)
4. Receipt and Approval of the Accounts for the Company for the Financial Year to 30th
April 2022 (Attachment C)
5. Elections of the Members of the Executive Board for the forthcoming year, 2022/23.
6. Appointment of Accountants. Approval of the appointment of Cook & Partners as the
accountants for the Company.
7. Any Other Business. The Secretary had received no AOB topics by close on 19th June
2022.
