1st XV Supporters Lunches

Pre-match Supporters Lunches – 2023/24 season

There will be the usual pre-match “Supporters Lunches” at every 1st XV home league game during the 2023/24 season apart from the days of the Vice President’s Lunch on the30th September 2023 and the Sponsors & Patrons Lunch on the 27th January 2023, which are by invitation only. The Supporters lunches are open to all Club Members and their friends and are often used for corporate entertaining, reunions, celebrations etc.

Several lunches have a specific theme.

• The Pub lunch on the 11th November 2022 is for Members to book a table for their “Local” Pub and bring along the Landlord who receives a complimentary lunch.
• The Ladies Day & Supporters Charity lunch on the 16th March 2023 is also our big charity day with up to 300 attending. Please contact Andy “Bunter” Green for full details on these two lunches.

The lunches (apart from the Ladies Day Lunch which to be advised) cost £30 per person (inc. VAT) and include a 3 course lunch, match entrance and programme. The Club bars are open from midday with lunch served from 1pm. All matches kick off at 15.00 unless otherwise stated below. Book early to avoid being disappointed!

Please note: You can book any number of places or tables can be reserved for 8 to 12 people. Changes to your booking numbers are accepted up to the Wednesday of the week you are attending the lunch. Preferred payment is by bank transfer prior to the lunch but, if it is more convenient, payment can be made on the day by card, cash or cheque made payable to Hertford Rugby Football Club.

Any cancellations received after midday on the Thursday will be subject to a charge of £12.50 per person.
