RFU GRAND DRAW 2011/12

“A simple and risk free way to raise funds for your Club”

This Draw is an incredibly easy way to raise funds with 90% of all ticket sales being received by the Club as a tax free donation. The RFU’s Draw Society retains only the 10% to cover all operating the costs.

The prizes are listed on the back of the tickets and on the Notice Board in the Club bar.

Last Season, the Club raised a total of £5,240 through this Draw and associated donations. Also, the Club came third nationally, in the “Club’s raising the most money” section.

This season our target is £7,500 which means just under 8,350 tickets need to be sold!

All income will go into the Club Projects Fund. The Fund’s committee is currently looking at the next projects to be undertaken, including the refurbishment of the changing rooms and Clubhouse washrooms. These projects would obviously need a significant amount of funding so your support, by selling as many as these Draw tickets to your families, friends and colleagues as possible, would be appreciated.

The tickets cost £1 each and come in books of 5.

All ticket stubs, monies and unsold tickets should be returned to your administrator or Andy Green by the 26th February 2012, at the very latest. Cheques should be made payable to Hertford RFC.

Additional tickets, if required, are available from behind the bar, your administrator or Andy Green.

The Draw itself takes place on 25th March 2012.
