Bond Fitness is a local, family run health and fitness business. It recently opened a fitness studio at your rugby club. The space has been specifically
designed to assist our members get the results they are after. Whatever your goals may be we are driven to assist you attain them.

Our equipment is unusual and very modern from Jacobs Ladder and battling ropes to Vibrogym and much more in between.
The training methodologies we employ are cutting edge and extremely effective as many of our members testify.

You can train on your own or in structured group sessions where variety is key. We also offer one-one personal training if this is more to your liking.
There is a separate vibration suite housing six state of the art Vibrogyms (think Powerplate but more effective) and a further two treatment rooms for
sports therapy, physiotherapy and reflexology.
We also have separate male and female changing/shower areas along with a huge free car park and ample outdoor training space.
Our trainers are vastly experienced having worked with many professional athletes, professional rugby players and numerous professional golfers.
