Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) NOTICE

CLUB PURCHASE OF LAND ADJACENT TO HERTFORD RFC

"With regard to my recent note concerning the purchase of the land adjacent to our driveway your Board have decided that the correct course of action is to put this decision to an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for approval. The meeting will be held in the clubouse on:

MONDAY 20 FEBRUARY 2012
Commencing at 8 p.m.

This is a very important decision for our club which will have significant implications for our future and I would urge as many of you as possible to attend."

Note to Club members: Your annual Club membership subscription is targeted to just about cover the annually budgeted running costs of the Club. Other fundraising activities and initiatives, such as the RFU Grand Draw, our EasyFundraising on-line shopping facility (still just only 60 supporters have registered on EasyFundraising - and it costs you NOTHING to use), The 200 & 400 Clubs, the Club website Trades and Business Services advertising page and other various Club Social Events organised throughout the season, are intended to help us to raise additional funds that will go towards the Hertford RFC Development Fund (please click on the links for more info); all intended to help us to make further significant improvements to the Club and it's facilities for the benefit of ALL members. We would please ask that all members, where possible, could lend their full support towards these fundraising activities.
